I study Anthropology a discipline that consistently demonstrates and scrutinizes the diverse ways humans construct, interpret, and inhabit their social and cultural worlds. In other words, Anthropology reminds us that there are many ways to be Human.
What I Do
Most weeks I am some combination of reading, writing, listening to music, trying to explore Python, and sitting down to write the introduction of my first paper for the seventh time. My research interests span cultural anthropology, kinship studies, and ethnographic methods, with a particular focus on South Asian communities.
